How to start a return

Email us at support@oember.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with simple instructions.

Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
